Troubleshooting
“Website not provided” or site not verified
Section titled ““Website not provided” or site not verified”Google can’t link your products to a verified website. In Merchant Center, add your store’s URL under business information, then verify and claim it. Resync the products afterwards.
Products disapproved in one country only
Section titled “Products disapproved in one country only”This is often missing shipping. Check Settings → Shipping in Feeden — see Set up shipping.
Missing GTIN
Section titled “Missing GTIN”Add the barcode to the variant in Shopify, or map a GTIN metafield in Settings → Mapping. If the product genuinely has no GTIN (custom or handmade goods), set the feed’s Identifier strategy to Custom product.
My change hasn’t shown up on Google
Section titled “My change hasn’t shown up on Google”Feeden pushes changes as soon as Shopify reports them, but Google reviews them before they go live. Check Manage Products: a Pending status means Google hasn’t finished yet. A daily reconciliation also catches anything a webhook missed.
I edited a product in Merchant Center and it changed back
Section titled “I edited a product in Merchant Center and it changed back”Feeden is the source of the data, so Google keeps what Feeden sends. Make the change in Shopify or in Feeden’s mapping instead.
Still stuck?
